As our environmental concerns are strategically focusing on the growing sector of processing plastic waste and the plastic recycling industry, we are enthusiastic to share our recent successful commissioning and start-up of a GEA Westfalia PRO5000 decanter centrifuge in one of Greece’s biggest plastic recycling industries, on Crete island.
The decanter has been integrated into the facility’s wastewater treatment process, efficiently handling the plant’s effluent stream and ensuring sustainable, high-performance operation.
Thanks to the dedication and technical expertise of our engineers, Christos Chapsis and Constantinos Glaros, the system achieved exceptional results — delivering maximum solids dryness and remarkable clarity of the liquid phase, fully meeting the client’s performance targets.
